My story

From Kinshasa to your rankings report

  1. Origin

    Born in Kinshasa

Kinshasa: loud, fast, and never short on energy. That's where the story starts, a fair few miles from spreadsheets and search consoles.

  2. Childhood

    Moved to the UK

Still young when the move happened. Grew up British with a Congolese first chapter, an early lesson in adapting fast that's come in handy ever since.

  3. First career

    From steel to strategy

Before keywords, it was steel. Years spent machining parts on CNC machines, precision work, where a fraction of a millimetre is the difference between a good part and scrap. Turned out I liked figuring out how to get people's attention even more than getting a cut exactly right, so I made the leap into marketing. 8+ years deep in SEO since, and that habit of getting things precisely right never really left.

  4. Track record

    My receipts

Two results I'll happily put my name on.

    739 → 8,150 / moLawton Tubes organic visitors, +1,003%
    £102K → £200KMoverX monthly DTC revenue, 10 weeks
  5. Today

    Off the clock

The parts of me that don't show up in a case study.

Status · off the clock right now

    Soukous music

Grew up on it. Still on repeat while I work.

    Electric guitar

Loud, and only occasionally in tune.

    Rice dishes

One new recipe most weeks. Win some, burn some.

    Travelling

    Passport's rarely resting for long.

    Learning French

Currently at the “confidently order a croissant” stage.

Currently reading: Brandon Sanderson, Oathbringer (Part One).
Currently cooking: Thai green curry with rice.
Currently listening: Cleo Sol, “There Will Be No Crying.”

How I work #

I don’t run a big agency, and I’m not trying to. I work directly with clients, one point of contact, no account managers, no work handed off to someone junior. If we work together, you’re working with me.

I don’t sell generic packages either. Real SEO work starts at £1,000 a month, and bigger or multi-location accounts typically run £1,500 to £3,000 a month, priced around what your business actually needs rather than a one-size-fits-all tier.
